How to Get Your Ex Back: The Secrets for Success

No matter how tough the odds may seem after getting dumped, there are no rules that say you can't get your ex back. It always amazes me that the first piece of advice people offer to a friend after their breakup is “move on.” Really? This is the best solution our FRIENDS can come up with?

Before I show you how to get past this negativity, let me quickly introduce myself.  Attraction
During the whole process your focus needs to be on making your ex feel attracted to you, and attraction is not just about looks.  Be Independent
People without opinions, or those who do everything to please others are BORING! Every good love story has conflict...ever heard that "opposites attract"? Don't be afraid to stand up, express yourself, and pick the other side. You won't attract your ex back by saying "yes" to everything.

Those who fail at getting their ex back usually focus way too much on themselves. Everything that comes out of their mouth has the word "me" in it. The bottom line is men and women need different things from a relationship. You must understand what your ex NEEDS and WANTS in order to attract them back. Most likely it is very different from your own needs.

 Less is More
You've probably already heard this but it is so important - give your ex some space. Something is not clicking in your relationship right now, and it is going to take some time for your ex to get over it. If you want them to miss you then you have to allow enough space for this to actually happen. You can't miss someone who tries to contact you three times a day! The goal is to have only "limited contact" to generate curiosity about your situation.

Yes it is up to you to put in the effort, but that doesn't mean you have to go at it alone. One of the biggest keys to success is having a support system to lean onto for help.
